Subscription

Monthly subscription billed in PKR per the published pricing. No annual contract. Cancel any time, in writing or via the admin app — your access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Your data

You own all member, financial and operational data you put into GymVx. We hold it for you under encryption, but it is yours to export, modify or delete at any time.

Fair use

Tier limits exist because the platform is sized to fit a normal gym workload. If you go over a tier's member-count cap we will reach out before degrading service — we do not silently throttle.

Uptime

Best-effort uptime for Starter and Professional. SLA-backed uptime is part of the Enterprise tier. We post status updates to hello@gymvx.comsubscribers during incidents.

Hardware

Fingerprint scanners and thermal printers are third-party hardware. We recommend tested models in our documentation; warranty and support for hardware sit with the OEM, not GymVx.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination you may export all data; we delete remaining data within 30 days of your final export.
