Receipts
Receipts that look professional, not like a fax.
Three receipt types — welcome, invoice and payment — print on any 80mm thermal printer attached to the front-desk PC. The template editor in Settings lets you reshape the layout block by block: gym logo, address, member fields, totals. The on-screen preview matches paper, so what your accountant signs off on is what the member walks out with.
What's in the box
Each bullet is something the product actually does today, not a future promise.
- Welcome receipt on new-member signup (with plan + payment summary)
- Invoice receipt for any pending invoice (period, balance due, status)
- Payment receipt with amount paid + balance after
- Logo + tagline + gym address printed on every header
- GYM-X-style dashed dividers and bold/regular weight hierarchy
- Template editor in Settings — drag blocks, rename labels, reorder sections
- On-screen preview that mirrors the printer exactly
