Attendance

A finger touch, a beep, the member is in.

GymVx ships with a Windows-side service that talks to a SecuGen Hamster Pro scanner over the SecuGen FDxSDKPro SDK. Templates are captured at 800 bytes in the ISO format, quality-checked at the time of enrolment, and matched locally — no cloud round-trip means matching takes under a second even on a slow ADSL connection.

What's in the box

Each bullet is something the product actually does today, not a future promise.
  • SecuGen Hamster Pro support out of the box (FDxSDKPro v4)
  • Enrolment captures four samples and stores the best at 800-byte ISO format
  • Quality gate at enrolment time — a smudged scan never makes it into your database
  • Live match overlay on the check-in screen with member photo, plan and last visit
  • Manual override for the rare cases where a finger refuses to read
  • Attendance records cover four methods: fingerprint, manual, member ID and QR code

On the roadmap

We're honest about what's coming next vs what already ships. These items are scoped and in active development:

  • Multi-reader support so multiple front-desk PCs share the same template pool
