Plans that handle the way gyms actually charge.
Define a plan (name, price, duration in days, optional locker inclusion) and assign it to a member. GymVx generates invoices on the cycle, charges admission fees at signup if you have them, and tracks freeze periods that pause the clock without losing the member's renewal slot.
What's in the box
Each bullet is something the product actually does today, not a future promise.
- Plans with duration in days, price in PKR, freezable toggle
- Plans can include a locker — if so, locker fee bundles into the plan price
- One-time admission fee at signup, separate from the recurring plan
- Freeze (pause) a subscription for N days — billing pauses, end date pushes out
- Plan changes mid-cycle with prorated fee calculation
- Auto-generated next-cycle invoices via a background billing service
- Expiring subscriptions surface on the dashboard a week before they lapse
