What we store

Member profiles, attendance records, invoices, payments and any branding or receipt template you customise. Stored encrypted in Oracle Cloud (Karachi region) and isolated per tenant at the database level.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your member data with third parties.
• We don't use your data to train any model or product analytics that mixes tenants.
• We don't store payment card numbers — payments are recorded by amount and method only.

Your data, your access

You can export every member, invoice, payment and ledger entry as CSV at any time. On account closure your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your written request.

Cookies & analytics

The marketing site uses minimal first-party cookies for session state. We do not yet run third-party analytics on the marketing pages. The admin app uses local storage for authentication state — never tracking cookies.
