Session packs, the way MindBody and Glofox do it.
Sell a pack (10 sessions, 30-day expiry, optional single-trainer scoping), book sessions against it, and watch credits decrement on completion. Commission accrues per session, not per sale — the way the industry has been doing it for a decade. We're honest that this module is currently being simplified; the version shipping in 2026 follows the convergent industry pattern across MindBody, Glofox, Wodify and Trainerize.
What's in the box
Each bullet is something the product actually does today, not a future promise.
- Trainer profiles (hire date, certifications, specialisations)
- Session packages with N sessions and a validity window
- Member purchases sessions; each booking deducts a credit
- Per-session attendance: scheduled / completed / cancelled / no-show
- Trainer commission tracked per completed session, not per sale
- Per-trainer performance and utilisation reports
On the roadmap
We're honest about what's coming next vs what already ships. These items are scoped and in active development:
- Simplified one-modal "Add Personal Training" flow (sell + book first session, <60s)
- Drop the separate trainer-to-member assignment step — trainer picked at booking
- Self-booking by members from the trainer's published availability
